Introduction

Birmingham Independent School of Performing Arts will become a full-time specialist independent school offering educational and vocational training to young people aged 11 – 18 years.  We anticipate the school to open for admissions in 2010.

Background

The school premises were established in 2008 in at The Old Fire Station in Moseley, Birmingham  and initially offer  a range of part time performing arts workshops.    The complex features dance, drama, and performance studios together with an educational training development.

Location

We are located 1 mile from Birmingham City Centre with easy access from local bus, train and road routes. Local on street parking is readily available. BISPA is non-denominational and co-educational.
Students will join our full time school after successfully completing the audition process.
 

The School Week

The normal school week will be Monday to Friday and a mix of both educational and vocational studies allowing students to enjoy a stimulating range of subjects.
